My name is Shiying Chen. I am a devoted instructional designer with extensive experience developing engaging and accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences. My curricula are fueled by innovative technologies and adult learning best practices. I value learner diversity and always factor in personal experience, culture, age group, and available technology when designing and implementing instructional solutions.
